PARCELS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Makalala Trans service operates as a 48-hour counter-to-counter service without collection or delivery. Proof of identification, such as ID book, passport, or driver’s license, is required for both sending and receiving parcels. The designated individual for parcel collection must be specified, and valid contact details are mandatory.
